Alientech has released Upgrade 3.47, bringing a new OBD programming protocol for the Bosch MEVD17.2.G ECU used on BMW performance models with the 3.0 S55 engine.

What’s New

The MEVD17.2.G was already supported through BENCH and BOOT modes. With Upgrade 3.47, it can now also be programmed directly via OBD, providing a faster and more convenient option for engine calibration work.

For BMW performance specialists, this update adds another practical programming option for S55-powered M models.
